Japanese Language Saturday Class in Federal Way, WA for ages 10 - Adults



**Due to COVID-19 concerns, we have decided SPRING SEMESTER Saturday Classes will be done all ONLINE. We are hopeful we can resume in person Saturday Classes starting Fall Semester 2021**

Stay safe and students can learn Japanese from the comfort of their home!!

How does the Online Lesson work?

  •  Students will receive materials (PDF format) via email couple of days prior to lesson (THURSDAY THE LATEST) along with Lesson Link & Lesson Password.
  • Lesson Link & Password will be DIFFERENT EACH WEEK (EACH LESSON) for security purposes.
  • Payment will be completed ONLINE (we will be waiving transaction fees at this time).
  • If students have troubles logging into the lesson, we recommend you re-start the COMPUTER/Device and start over again. If students are still having trouble after doing so, reach out to Rina Wariner on her cell for assistance (number will be provided after you register).
  • If student misses an ONLINE class, we will send the students recording of the Online Lesson. There will be no make-up days or credits for missed class unless School Cancels the Class.

**Starting Spring Semester, we will switch to:
90 MINUTE LESSON with NO SNACK BREAKS!**

**NO CLASS from 12:06-12:34PM; Lunch for Sensei**

LEVEL 3 = 12:35PM - 2:05PM

LEVEL 4 = 2:10PM - 3:40PM

ADVANCED LEVEL = 3:45PM - 5:15PM

Materials: Please make sure your children will have the materials all printed out (that i will send by Thursdays), pencils, eraser & notebook ready for the lesson.

Please provide tuition payment before Wednesday of your child's first day of class. 

 **MONTHLY TUITION AFTER SEPTEMBER WILL BE DUE LAST WEEK OF PRIOR MONTH TO THE FOLLOWING MONTH... SUCH AS OCT. TUITION WILL BE DUE AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER, NOV. TUITION WILL BE DUE AT THE END OF OCT...ETC.**

If your child has never registered at our Japanese Language School, A new student Japanese Language registration form is required to register in any of our classes (this form is required only if your child has not taken our classes previously). There is a one time registration fee of $25 per child, 10% Discount available for siblings. --WE WILL WAVIE THIS FEE FOR SPRING SEMESTER!!

*If your child has not attended any of our Japanese Language classes for six (6) or more months, you are required to fill out another registration form and provide registration fee.*

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

 

All courses are subject to cancellation, and schedule change. If a course or lesson is cancelled; the office will notify you and you will receive a full refund for the time cancelled. If Agape Japanese Language School cancels an entire course (Semester) the tuition will be refunded the amount customers have paid.

 

As commitment is needed to learn Japanese Language, lesson fees are not refundable after tuition has been paid unless permitted by the Instructor due to Emergency reasons. Classes fees (if student did not attend a class) will not be available for refund. If student misses a class, we will send you the materials via post mail or email. If students are unable to attend to class or not sure if students will be able to attend; monthly payment or weekly payment option is recommended as we will not be able to refund or roll over to next semester and we will not be able to just calculate the days students attend. However, we will send missed materials for the day missed.

 

We will not be able to calculate the days students attend or calculate without the days students will not be able to attend; if you are unable to commit to the full semester or monthly, we recommend weekly payments.   If a student is not able to attend a class due to schedule conflict after payment has been made, we will be more than happy to provide you with the materials your child/children will or have missed. We truly appreciate your understanding.
